Established in 2006, Midnight Fabrications is the umbrella corperation owned and operated by Erik Raymond encompasing music projects Non-Zero and Hiigarrah as well as legacy projects Nataz and 30odd08.  

In addition, Midnight Fabrications provides services related to artist representation, management, apparel merchandising, live event music resources and performances.  
In addition it is responsable for Midnight Fabrications Apparel, a brand providing merchandice for it's artist roster as well as a variety of exemplary consumer items.
